The control panel is the place that you configure your hosting. This includes setting up email accounts and databases, changing passwords and tweaking numerous settings as your account allows.

Does the control panel include a file manager?
Yes; log in to your control panel and select the "File Manager" link. You can view, move, upload and edit files, as well setting up web-based access control.

PSoft, who make the control panel software, have a range of documentation on their site, which you will find here. Please note that not all of it is applicable to services provided at IncraHost; for example, at this time we do not provide Windows hosting.
